🔹 Eligibility - MS / DNB / DO (Ophthalmology) / Minimum 50 to 100 SICS surgeries performed
🔹 What You Get - Intensive Phaco training •Comprehensive Glaucoma management exposure •Step-by-step mentorship to become an independent surgeon
🔹 Remuneration - ₹1.3 – ₹1.5 Lakhs per month
🔹 Outcome After Fellowship
✔️ Confident independent surgeon
✔️ Experience in 250–350 Phaco surgeries (based on skill progression)
